The Cranberries – No Need to Argue [iTunes Plus AAC M4A] (1994)
Artist: The Cranberries
Album: No Need to Argue
Genres: Alternative, Music, Rock, Adult Alternative, Pop, Pop/Rock
Released: Sep 30, 1994
℗ 1994 UMG Recordings, Inc.
Album Review
With their surprise success behind them, the Cranberries went ahead and essentially created a sequel to Everybody Else is Doing It, So Why Can’t We with only tiny variations, with mixed results. The fact that the album is essentially a redo of previously established stylistic ground isn’t apparent in just the production, handled again by Stephen Street, or the overall sound, or even that one particularly fine song is called “Dreaming My Dreams.” Everybody wasn’t a laugh riot, to be sure, but No Need to Argue starts to see O’Riordan take a more commanding and self-conscious role that ended up not standing the band in good stead later. Lead single “Zombie” is the offender in this regard — the heavy rock trudge isn’t immediately suited for the band’s strengths (notably, O’Riordan wrote this without Noel Hogan) — while the subject matter (the continuing Northern Ireland tensions) ends up sounding trivialized. Opening cut “Ode to My Family” is actually one of the band’s best, with a lovely string arrangement created by O’Riordan, her overdubbed vocals showing her distinct vocal tics. Where No Need succeeds best is when the Cranberries stick at what they know, resulting in a number of charmers like “Twenty One,” the uilleann pipes-touched “Daffodil’s Lament,” which has an epic sweep that doesn’t overbear like “Zombie,” and the evocative “Disappointment.”
Track List
1. Ode to My Family
2. I Can’t Be With You

Queen Queen (Deluxe Edition) [Remastered]
Queen are a British rock band formed in London in 1970, originally consisting of Freddie Mercury (lead vocals, piano),Brian May (guitar, vocals), John Deacon (bass guitar), and Roger Taylor (drums, vocals). Queen's earliest works were influenced by progressive rock, hard rock and heavy metal, but the band gradually ventured into more conventional and radio-friendly works, incorporating further diverse styles into their music.
Before joining Queen, Brian May and Roger Taylor had been playing together in a band named Smile with bassist Tim Staffell. Freddie Mercury (then known by his birth name of Farrokh "Freddie" Bulsara) was a fan of Smile, and encouraged them to experiment with more elaborate stage and recording techniques after Staffell's departure in 1970. Mercury himself joined the band shortly thereafter, changed the name of the band to "Queen", and adopted his familiar stage name. John Deacon was recruited prior to recording their eponymous debut album in 1973. Queen enjoyed success in the UK with their debut and its follow-up, Queen II in 1974, but it was the release of Sheer Heart Attack later in 1974 and A Night at the Opera in 1975 that gained the band international success. The latter featured "Bohemian Rhapsody", which stayed at number one in the UK Singles Chart for nine weeks; it charted at number one in several other territories, and gave the band their first top ten hit on the US Billboard Hot 100. Their 1977 album, News of the World, contained two of rock's most recognisable anthems, "We Will Rock You" and "We Are the Champions".
By the early 1980s, Queen were one of the biggest stadium rock bands in the world, with "Another One Bites the Dust" their best selling single, and their performance at 1985's Live Aid is regarded as one of the greatest in rock history. In 1991, Mercury died of bronchopneumonia, a complication of AIDS, and Deacon retired in 1997. Since then, May and Taylor have occasionally performed together, including a collaboration with Free and Bad Company vocalist Paul Rodgers under the name Queen + Paul Rodgers which ended in May 2009. Since 2011, May and Taylor have collaborated with vocalist Adam Lambert under the name of Queen + Adam Lambert. In late 2014, Queen will release a new album, Queen Forever, featuring vocals from the late Freddie Mercury.
The band have released a total of 18 number one albums, 18 number one singles, and 10 number one DVDs. Estimates of their record sales generally range from 150 million to 300 million records, making them one of the world's best-selling music artists. They received the Outstanding Contribution to British Music Award from the British Phonographic Industryin 1990, and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001.

Ariana Grande (My Everything (Deluxe)
Biography
A teen television star turned pop diva, Ariana Grande emerged in the mid-2010s as an heir to the throne of Mariah Carey. Blessed with powerful vocals that belie her petite frame, Grande had greater singing chops than many of her peers, and her Babyface-produced 2013 debut Yours Truly underscored her debt to '90s soul. Nevertheless, her music proved flexible enough to incorporate hip-hop and EDM, as proved by her 2014 smash hit single "Problem," featuring Iggy Azalea.
A native of Boca Raton, Florida, where she was born in 1993 to graphic designer Edward Butera and Joan Grande (the CEO of Hose-McCann Communications), Ariana Grande began singing and acting at an early age, appearing in local theater productions. In 2008, when she was 15 years old, she landed the role of Charlotte on the Broadway production of 13; her performance was well received, winning a National Youth Theatre Association Award. Following an appearance in the 2010 Desmond Child-written musical Cuba Libre, Grande was cast as Cat Valentine in the Nickelodeon television program Victorious. The show ran until 2012, at which time Grande's Cat Valentine was spun off onto a show called Sam & Cat, which also starred Jennette McCurdy of iCarly.
As she kept herself busy with television, Grande began to pursue a musical career. She frequently made appearances at sporting events and with symphonies and she made her first appearances on record via the soundtracks to Victorious. In 2011, she released the single "Put Your Hearts Up," which was cut during sessions for a teen-oriented pop album; she later disowned the single due to its kiddie feel. Grande felt much more comfortable with "The Way," her 2013 single featuring Mac Miller. This signaled a mature direction and audiences responded, taking it to the Top Ten in the U.S., where it was eventually certified triple platinum. It was the first single from her 2013 debut Yours Truly, which also featured hits in "Baby I" and "Right There."
At the end of the year she released a seasonal EP called Christmas Kisses, but her real efforts went into the recording of her second album, My Everything. Preceded by the single "Problem" — a song that featured a guest spot from Iggy Azalea, the "it girl" of the summer of 2014; it peaked at two on the U.S. charts and was certified double platinum — the album featured a host of different producers, including Max Martin, Shellback, Ryan Tedder, and Benny Blanco. It was released at the end of August 2014

OneRepublic - Native (Deluxe Version) [Mastered for iTunes + Digital Booklet] 2013
Featuring the anthemic songwriting of Ryan Tedder, OneRepublic rose to prominence in 2007, when "Apologize" began its reign as the most popular digital download in American history. Although the song proved to be a quick success, OneRepublic had spent five years touring the musical minor leagues before its release, with Tedder splitting his time between the band's work and production gigs for other artists. Tedder and Zach Filkins formed the band in 2002 and relocated to Los Angeles shortly thereafter,...
